You have experienced devastating loss, chronic/complex trauma and prolonged life stress that has taken its toll on your entire being. You find yourself feeling mostly disconnected, uninterested, withdrawn, broken and unsure of even how to live life now. You basically trust nothing. You may even question if you can trust your own self.
